    For the last year or so I've been unable to get into the Greedbag site to peruse and buy Wire product. It doesn't matter the device I'm using – work computer, home computer, windows laptop, Apple macbook, ipad or Samsung phone going through Chrome and/or Safari – I'm not allowed access to the site.
    Is there a tech-savvy person out there who can explain what I'm doing wrong? (cos I know I MUST be doing something wrong!)

    Not sure what you mean by 'not allowed to access the site' but are you logging in via this page?

    There's a 'password reset' option underneath where you enter your email address if you've forgotten your password.

    This has been the case for me for over a year now as well.

    R Swimmer: Clicked on your link and, as per usual, it came up with the following info:

    Safari can’t open the page “https://secure.greedbag.com/customer/login” because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server “secure.greedbag.com”.

    If I click on the front page of the shop I get the same message as soon as I hit 'buy' on any album cover. Bizarre.

    I'm in the Glasgow area and I'm beginning to wonder if it's my location that's buggering the whole thing up. I feel your pain stevethehouse!

    I would say it was something to do with your browser settings or your computer but if it's doing the same thing on different devices and locations as you say then I'm foxed! All I can suggest is drop them an email :

    Failing that the good taxpaying folk at Norman Records and Boomkat online stores seem to stock most PinkFlag/Swim releases

    I live in the Glasgow area as well Stephen, never had any problems. Must be your browser settings
    R Swimmer, good shout on Norman & Boomkat. Use them all the time for non PinkFlag/Swim releases.

    Thanks lads for troubleshooting my Greedbag issues. I will endeavour to get to the bottom of it.

    I wonder if its likely to be a certificate problem- what's stored locally by safari can't be used.

    Though - install chrome/firefox is the pithy IT support answer you probably don't want but would probably be the path of least resistance :) .
